“Frank Boggus was a cornerstone for The Port of Harlingen, and a great supporter for us even after he stepped down from the board. He was very instrumental in shaping the Port into what it is still becoming even today through land purchases for projects, which are now getting closer to coming to fruition. I would often lean on him for advice, especially when I took over his unexpired term. He never forgot about The Port of Harlingen and was a constant steward for our progress and protection of the Arroyo Colorado. Even up until a week ago, he would ask how things were going and for updates on projects. That is just how he was and will be very missed by everyone who knew him.”
