The port is located four miles east of Harlingen, Texas on Highway 106. It is 25 miles west of Mile Marker 644 on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway which stretches from the Mexican border at Brownsville, Texas, along the entire coast of the Gulf of Mexico to St. Marks, Florida.
